Our Story

my name is meghan & i am the founder & creator behind local LIONESS. i have recently embraced a life long drive to be creative, with a new found sense of bravery.

i have been SO inspired by the self acceptance movement & have watched in awe as brave women of all types are being vulnerable & sharing themselves with the world in the hope it will help others love & accept themselves, just as they are. 

this, along with a desire to give back has pushed me to want to contribute to this fundamental change. in addition to the desire to spread the message of female self acceptance, i am committed to doing what i can to help those in need. i hope you feel good knowing that a portion of every purchase will be donated to a charity or organization that supports women in canada.

this clothing line shares messages of inclusion, self acceptance & female empowerment. my hope is that this brand will be a reminder to women to learn to love themselves, to express that love & inspire others to do the same.
